Despite recurrent crises, Lebanon's construction sector has shown remarkable resilience, maintaining stability during critical times, and rebounding afterward. Recent statistics underscore the sector's potential for growth and recovery.

In the past year alone, Lebanon saw a notable 20% increase in construction permits, adding 1,450,320 square meters to its landscape from 2021 to 2022. Cement deliveries, a key indicator of construction activity, surged by 7.44% between August and September 2022, contributing to an overall 10% growth in cement deliveries during the same period.

Additionally, Lebanon has embarked on a transformative journey towards embracing renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power, to address persistent power shortages. Recognizing this potential, the country aims to meet 30% of its energy consumption from renewables by 2030, with the World Bank ranking it among the top five performers in renewable energy in 2021.

Against this backdrop of burgeoning growth and transformative initiatives, Project Lebanon, the most established trade fair in Lebanon, is poised to return in its 25th edition under the theme “Lebanon Going Forward”, from April 24 to 26, 2024, at the Seaside Arena, Beirut New Waterfront.

Project “Lebanon Going Forward” 2024 marks a pivotal moment in Lebanon's history, bringing together the public and private sectors under one roof to deliberate and chart the future course of the construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. With its extensive experience in these domains, Project Lebanon serves as a catalyst for driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and unlocking growth opportunities.

Comprising an extensive array of sectors including construction, infrastructure, heavy machinery, power, and renewable energy, this exhibition promises to serve as a comprehensive business platform for a diverse array of participants, including local, regional, and international industry leaders, decision-makers, investors, and solution providers, through networking, knowledge-sharing, and forging strategic partnerships.

Running alongside the exhibition, a three-day conference will provide attendees with focused sessions covering various topics relevant to the sectors involved. Led by industry experts, these sessions will offer insights into the latest trends and technologies in construction and renewable energy, facilitating valuable learning and networking opportunities.

Don't miss the opportunity to gain invaluable insights, forge new connections, and be at the forefront of innovation by attending Project “Lebanon Going Forward” 2024.
